If you have questions about whether counselling is right for you, please get in touch to arrange a consultation. This will last 50 minutes and costs £55. During this first meeting we will explore what's brought you to counselling and what you hope to gain from it.

I have a private practice working primarily online using video and telephone calls and I work with people across the UK. I have a private counselling room available in the Scottish Highlands for those who wish to work in person.
